Welcome to Practical Pilates, a company dedicated to providing Pilates classes in and around Swansea with  Melanie Walters (Company Director, Actress and  Presenter)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year break.

Great news Pilates classes will start  back after the Christmas break the week beginning the 9th of January 2012.

 We have classes running as usual in Killay and Mumbles. Have a look at the timetable.

Many of you have bought the DVD, I hope you are enjoying it.  It is a 25 minute wake up or wind down DVD perfect to keep yourself supple and your core muscles strong. If you’ve yet to buy one just contact us and we’ll either post one out or arrange for you to pick up a copy from our Killay office – cost £8 ( £10 pp).

I’m really pleased to anounce our Pilates retreat weekends in conjuction with  Champneys this Spring. As you know the retreats in Bluestone have been tremendously successful and Champneys approached us last year in the hope that we would run similar weekends with them. We have 2 planned for February and March for Bluestone and 2 planned in March and April at Champneys. Take a look at the retreat page for more  information.

Coming soon … brand new website! I’m currently working on a new website with Mark, my web site guru. I hope to have it up and running soon to include exercise downloads, a blog and much much more..
